Easy Hummus
Hummus goes with EVERYTHING! Have it on toast, in a salad, with carrots, on a black bean burger, or any other amazing combo. Must have a strong blender/food processor.

- 1 can of chick peas (drained/keeping the liquid)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp cumin OR paprika
Cooking
- Drain your chick peas (keeping the liquid separate to add later).
- Add everything to your blender except the chick pea liquid. Start blending.
- Slowly add the drained chick pea liquid as you blend. The amount will vary but you want your hummus to get a good creamy texture.
- Taste your creation and make any adjustments to the flavor by adding spices/lemon/liquid.
- Put into your container, drizzle olive oil and add paprika to the top. Enjoy!
