Welcome to Zach and Kim's delicious world of vegan treats.
The biggest challenge we faced when we decided to switch to a plant-based diet was figuring out what to eat. We found that the easiest way to build meals was to take recipes we already loved and "veganize" them with easy substitutions. Since then, we've discovered so many new recipes that we love, while greatly expanding our cooking skills.
Some of these recipes are veganized versions of traditional family classics, some are our own design, and a few (marked as such) are adapted from cookbooks. One of the most exciting things about being vegan right now is the huge growth in interest, and the resulting explosion of new vegan products in grocery stores. It is easier than ever to make the transition with these delicious, animal and planet-friendly alternatives.
