Peanut Butter Raisin Bites
These are super quick and easy, tasty, nutritious, and great for breakfast or a snack on the go. Kim has taken these in her backpack on a 14-hour work day, and they were still perfectly formed and tasty at the end.
Ingredients
Mix ingredients all together in a bowl, form into golf ball shapes with your hands, arrange on a dish so they aren't touching, and freeze for about an hour so they set. Keep them in the fridge after that.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (we use smooth, but crunchy would work too)
- 1/4 cup agave
- Handful of raisins - adjust to your preference
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
